Festival Assistants 2024
(applications welcome from July 2024)
Our Festival Assistants (FAs) are enthusiastic, dedicated and hard-working individuals who are responsible for the day-to-day running of the Festival. Reporting to the Director of Administration, and working closely with the Oxford Song team, FAs will take on a range of duties covering all aspects of the Festival, including box office support, marketing, artist liaison, concert management, page-turning, and front-of-house. Our FAs play a vital role supporting the work of Oxford Song, and help to ensure the overall success of the Festival.
FA roles are ideally suited to someone looking to gain experience in arts administration and event management - previous FAs have gone on to enjoy successful careers in these areas.
Depending on the exact duties assigned, FAs will need to be available full-time (and resident in/near Oxford) from 19-28 October inclusive, with some roles starting as early as 2 September.
