Jesus College Music Weekend: The Barbirolli Quartet with Daniel Norman & Sholto Kynoch

The Barbirolli String Quartet are one of the UK's most exciting emerging ensembles and are currently touring Europe as "ECHO Rising Stars". They are joined by tenor Daniel Norman and pianist Sholto Kynoch for Vaughan-Williams' stunning settings of A.E. Housman, On Wenlock Edge. In the second half, the Barbirolli Quartet and Sholto Kynoch perform Brahms' F minor Piano Quintet, one of the great works of the entire chamber music repertoire.
