FESTIVAL ASSISTANTS 2026
Our Festival Assistants (FAs) are enthusiastic, dedicated and hard-working individuals who are responsible for the day-to-day running of the Festival. Reporting to the Director of Administration and Finance, and working closely with the Oxford Song team, FAs will take on a range of duties covering all aspects of the Festival, including box office support, marketing, development support, artist liaison, concert management, page-turning, surtitles, and front-of-house. Our FAs play a vital role supporting the work of Oxford Song, and help to ensure the overall success of the Festival.
FA roles are ideally suited to someone looking to gain experience in arts administration and event management - previous FAs have gone on to enjoy successful careers in these areas.

FESTIVAL VOLUNTEER STEWARDS 2026
We rely on our friendly team of volunteer stewards to make the Festival a success. We pride ourselves on providing a warm, welcoming, helpful and inclusive atmosphere at all our events and our volunteer stewards play a vital role in achieving this. In exchange for your help, you will get to experience some exceptional concerts for free. We are also in need of volunteer page-turners.
