DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
We are looking for an organised, thoughtful and ambitious individual with a practical understanding of fundraising to join our small, friendly and dedicated team at an exciting time as we build towards a major programme in 2028.
Working closely with and reporting to the Development Director, the postholder will support key areas of Oxford Song’s fundraising, including trusts and foundations applications and reporting, prospect research, fundraising records and systems, donor communications and stewardship. This is a practical, hands-on development role in a small team with wide-ranging opportunities to develop new skills and gain experience of development and working in a growing arts organisation. This role will work closely with the Development Director to make sure fundraising is well organised, professionally delivered to the highest standard and followed up by the appropriate team member. The postholder will play a key role in managing the funding pipeline, research, communications, partnerships and supporter activity needed for Oxford Song's plans through to 2028 and beyond.

FESTIVAL VOLUNTEER STEWARDS, OCTOBER 2026
We rely on our friendly team of volunteer stewards to make the Festival a success. We pride ourselves on providing a warm, welcoming, helpful and inclusive atmosphere at all our events and our volunteer stewards play a vital role in achieving this. In exchange for your help, you will get to experience some exceptional concerts for free. We are also in need of volunteer page-turners.
