June Song Evening: Graham Johnson (Jesus College Visiting Artist)

08 June 2007, 8:00pm

Graham Johnson returns for his third and final concert as the inaugural Jesus College Visiting Artist, and we are delighted that he will be joined by Ann Murray, one of the country's best-known mezzo-sopranos. Ann Murray and Graham Johnson's partnership has seencountless concerts and recordings, many as part of the Songmakers' Almanac, and in the stunning setting of the University Church this is sure to be a memorable evening.

Graham Johnson will also be giving a masterclass on Saturday 9th June for five advanced singer-pianist duos (Wesley Memorial Methodist Church, New Inn Hall Street). Entry to these sessions, which run 11.00am - 3.30pm, costs just £3 (on the door only).

Early booking for the concert is strongly recommended.
