Lunchtime with RNCM students

17 October 2011, 12:10pm

Three outstanding students from the Royal Northern College of Music begin our lunchtime concert series, always an ideal interlude to the day, as well as a chance to hear the stars of the future. They perform Beethoven’s An die ferne Geliebte, some Brahms duets, and prepare us for the evening Mahler recital with his Lieder eines fahrenden Gesellen, sung in this instance by mezzo-soprano Sarah Richmond.
