Myths & Fairytales: part of the 13th International Congress of Greek and Latin Epigraphy

06 September 2007, 8:00pm

This concert is a part of the 13th International Congress of Greek and Latin Epigraphy and is presented in partnership with Oxford Lieder.

Soprano Rhona McKail is a graudate of the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and will be starting on the Guildhall School of Music Opera Course this October. John Evans, baritone, is also an alumnus of the GSMD Opera Course, and has appeared in concert and opera around the UK, including at Glyndebourne and Garden Opera. Together with Oxford Lieder's Artistic Director Sholto Kynoch, they present a wonderful programme of "Myths and Fairytales", ranging from Schubert's Ganymed to Wolf's Elfenlied.

Please note, tickets to this concert are only on sale on the door. There is a special rate of just £8 for Friends of Oxford Lieder.
