Schumann – Dichterliebe
Songs by Poulenc and Ravel

Sir Thomas Allen has been patron of Oxford Lieder since its inception in 2002 and we are abolultely thrilled to welcome him once more to give a recital for us in our tenth year. Joined by pianist Joseph Middleton he performs Schumann’s best-known song cycle, Dichterliebe, a selection of French songs by Ravel and Poulenc, and some traditional Northumberland folk songs. An unmissable concert!
