Wolfang Holzmair’s appearances at the Festival are always memorable occasions and tonight will be no exception. With emerging star pianist Joseph Middleton, he presents a programme of Mahler songs, focussing on the settings of Des Knaben Wunderhorn but also including the Lieder eines fahrenden Gesellen and a selection of the Rückert Lieder.
