2012 Young Artist Platform Winners

19 October 2012, 4:45pm

Lucy Hall (soprano) & Gavin Roberts (piano)

The winners of this year’s Young Artist Platform, which attracted an exceptional level of applicant, perform at the Festival. In some ways the pinnacle of Oxford Lieder’s commitment to emerging talent, this is a “must-hear” occasion, showcasing the future ambassadors of song.

Lucy Hall and Gavin Roberts gave a superlative performance at the Young Artist Platform auditions and they give a rush-hour concert for us; a “Cycle of Life” programme, taking us through Poulenc's Chansons pour enfants to Mozart’s Abendempfindung.

Please note that this recital will last for approximately one hour and there will be no interval.

Book tickets for this recital.
