Sir Willard White needs little introduction as one of the world’s best-loved singers. He comes to the Festival with renowned pianist Eugene Asti. Together they perform a programme including Schumann’s dramatic Husaren-Lieder and some of his Heine settings, as well as songs by Schubert, and settings of American folksongs by Ives and Copland.
