Rush Hour Concert III

In the last of their three rush-hour concerts,the Doric Quartet perform Schumann’s third and final quartet, a magnificent work, written as a result of his studies of the quartets of Mozart, Beethoven and Haydn. Schumann himself wrote: “you may rest assured that I have spared no pains to produce something really respectable—indeed, I sometimes think my best.”
