The Oxford Lieder Young Artist Platform

The Oxford Lieder Young Artist Platform attracts the very brightest new talent and this is a thrilling day as six exceptional duos give 45-minute recitals, aspiring to be Oxford Lieder’s new ‘ambassadors for song’. The two winning duos are offered recitals in the main Lieder Festival in October, as well as sponsored recitals in music clubs, societies and festivals around the country. This gives invalubale professional experience to the Young Artists, as well as helping to promote song in venues where the genre has faded in recent decades. The recitals will be adjudicated by Natasha Loges, Stephan Loges and Eugene Asti. Come and be inspired, and give your encouragement to the new generation of great artists.

The schedule for the day is below. You can buy tickets to any one session (two recitals), or for the whole day. Further details will be announced once the application process is complete and as final programmes are received.
