Leading soprano Ailish Tynan, a former BBC New Generation Artist, returns to the Festival with pianist Libby Burgess for the third of our concerts focussed on Ralph Vaughan Williams in his 150th anniversary. They include the deeply moving Four Last Songs as well as works by Vaughan Williams’ contemporaries Stanford and Parry, and settings of the words of his close friend Joy Finzi by Judith Bingham.

Due to the recording of this concert for radio, doors will close ten minutes before the start of the event (12:50pm)

All our seating is unreserved; please arrive in good time to take your seat. For groups of more than 10, please phone or email the box office to book your tickets.

The event duration is approximately 1 hour and there will be no interval.
