At lunchtime, leading mezzo-soprano Helen Charlston joins the Consone Quartet for songs by Schumann and Mendelssohn. Our final Young Artist showcase recital precedes an evening recital by Konstantin Krimmel, one of Europe’s most thrilling singers, with pianist Ammiel Bushakevitz. They perform a programme of ballads by Schubert, Wolf and Loewe. As Halloween draws near, the day concludes with a spine-tingling, candle-lit concert with captivating soprano Aphrodite Patoulidou and pianist Keval Shah.
