Mastercourse Day One
19 October 2026, 10:00am - 5:00pm
The Mastercourse, part of our Young Artist Programme, is generously supported by Jerwood Foundation and other charitable trusts and foundations
It’s the first day of public masterclasses for members of our prestigious Young Artist Programme (click here for more information about the Programme). The eight exceptional duos will work intensively all week with the pianist Jan Philip Schulze, Professor at the Hochschule für Musik in Hannover, and one of today’s leading song pianists. He is joined each day by guest tutors, beginning today with the soprano Camilla Tilling, with sessions running simultaneously in the Levine Building and The New Space. Members of the public are welcome to come and go and move between venues.
