Flora Curzon
Violin
Flora Curzon is an award-winning violinist best known for her versatility across genres and art-forms. Since graduating with distinction from the Royal Academy of Music in 2014 she has specialised in Baroque and Yiddish music, and regularly works with improvisation, live electronics and in fully-staged productions.
Her unique interests and skills have led her towards opportunities including performing / recording with her acclaimed experimental/folk duo Fran & Flora, (brave and classy The Guardian), London Klezmer Quartet, Barokksolistene, Teac Damsa, and MishMash Productions. She has performed at The Wigmore Hall, Kings Place, Sadlers Wells, Hidden Notes, Schleswig Holstein, Sintra, and on Jools Holland, Tiny Desk and BBC Radio 4s Woman’s Hour. Releases include Precious Collection and Unfurl (Fran & Flora 2024, 2019).
