Pianist

Beatriz Miralles studied at the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Madrid in the specialty of piano with Professor Pilar Bilbao, also studying Vocal Accompaniment with Professor Juan Antonio Álvarez Parejo, Leonel Morales, Iván Cítera, Ofelia Montalbán, Vladimir Ovchinikov, Imre Rohman, Vinzenzo Balzani, Andreas Fröhlich, Jan Kadlubisky andWolfram Rieger.

In 2013 she attended the Higher Conservatory of Music in Freiburg (Germany) as a guest student, where she was instructed in the specialty of Liedgestaltung (vocal accompaniment) by Repertor Matthias Alteheld. In 2016, she completed the Master's Degree in Lied at ESMUC under the tutelage of Francisco Poyato.

The artist has collaborated with singers such as Mercedes Gancedo, Pablo Rossi Rodino, Maria Mendizabal, Susana Peon, Mireia Tarragóand María Alonso.

Beatriz recorded the album From north to south with the nostalgia of a song with the singer Susana Peón and the actor Aarón Martín Pozo, in which tango and jazz were the protagonists. She was selected, together with María Alonso and Mercedes Gancedo, to participate in the Festival de Música als Parcs in Barcelona with her show Mignon, created after J. W von Goethe’s character.

Since 2015, she has formed a stable duo with Mercedes Gancedo, and has been awarded in various Contests such as: Concurso CIM Barcelona, Pòdiums de Música de Cambra, Paper de Música de Capellades, among others. 

In December 2017, Beatriz and Mercedes recorded their first album, Cooking America!, having the opportunity to present it in various Spanish cities within the Spanish Juventudes Musicales´ Tour. They also recorded a selection of songs by the composer Daniel Lozano for his album Líricas. In 2018, Beatriz and Mercedes made a recording with Catalunya Radio at the Petit Palau de la Música Catalana with works by Mahler, Wolf, Schumann and Fauré.
