As a classical guitarist, he combines soloist activity with lied and chamber music. He has made a concert entirely dedicated to the figure of Franz Schubert at LIFE Victoria Festival and he has participated in “Victoria de los Ángeles Centenary Gala Evening” at Gran Teatre del Liceu (Barcelona). Together with the soprano Mercedes Gancedo he has debuted in Schubertíada of Vilabertran and Barcelona Obertura Spring Festival. He has also performed in halls around Argentina, Portugal, France and Belgium.
He has accompanied mezzosoprano Joyce DiDonato on her project Sing for Today. Together with clarinetist Lorenzo Coppola he has studied and performed concerts regarding 19th century music, playing with a period clarinet and romantic guitar.
With soprano Laura Martínez Boj he has a duo of Iberian music called “Cantos del Aire”, performing in different halls and festivals such as the “Museu Frederic Marès” and the “Museu de la Música” in Barcelona, the last residency of María Malibrán in Brussels, the “Clásicos en Verano” Festival in Madrid, among others.
Regarding his academic background, he is a graduate of Faculty of Fine Arts of the UNLP (Argentina), where he later became a professor. He has completed a Official Masters Degree in Performance of Classical and Contemporary Music with master Àlex Garrobé at ESMUC, Barcelona.
His continuous work with singers has led him to prepare numerous arrangements and transcriptions of works by composers such as Gabriel Fauré, Franz Schubert, Eduard Toldrà, Pauline Viardot, Carlos Guastavino and others, with the desire of enrich the lied concert programmes.
