Llum Colomer

Born in Barcelona, she completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Piano Performance (Classical and Contemporary Music) at the Conservatori Superior de Música del Liceu, studying with pianist Alba Ventura. She later completed the “Victoria de los Ángeles” Master’s Degree in Lied at the Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya (ESMUC).

She was awarded a scholarship to participate in the talent development programme Lied the Future of the Franz Schubert Association, and has also received scholarships from the Sociedad de Artistas Intérpretes o Ejecutantes (AIE) and the Fundación Victoria de los Ángeles. In 2026, she was awarded a scholarship from the Generalitat de Catalunya to support her further studies abroad.

Her awards include First Prize in the Collaborative Pianist category at the 11th Stockholm International Music Competition (2024) and Best Lied Pianist at the first AESPIRE Prize (2023), as well as other international awards.

Alongside her work as a pianist, she has developed a particular interest in historically informed performance and the harpsichord. She studied harpsichord at the Conservatoire régional de Toulouse and at the Conservatori Professional de Música de Badalona. In September 2026, she begins a Master’s Degree in Early Music at the Haute École de Musique de Genève (HEM), specialising in harpsichord in the class of Béatrice Martin.
