Internationally acclaimed tenor Toby Spence and equally renowned pianist Julius Drake perform Janáček’s The Diary of One who Disappeared, one of the great works of the song repertoire. They are joined by Dorottya Láng, who also performs works by Brahms, including his ‘Gyspsy songs’, and alongside these we hear the rare Ríkadla by Janáček for clarinet, female chorus and piano.
