Young Artist Showcase
15 March 2026, 4:30pm - 5:30pm
Presented in association with International Lied Festival Zeist
Through our continuing partnership with the International Lied Festival Zeist in the Netherlands, each year we welcome the winners of their Young Artist scheme while one of our Young Artist duos has the opportunity to perform in Zeist. The German baritone Florian Störtz and American pianist Mark Rogers are both carving out impressive careers already. Their programme today centres around Wagner’s Wesendonck Lieder, one of the pinnacles of Romantic song writing. Alongside this, we hear songs by Franz Liszt, Johanna Müller-Hermann and Richard Strauss, all composers with strong connections to Wagner.
