Ciara Hendrick & Sholto Kynoch

Ciara Hendrick makes a welcome return to Oxford Lieder in a programme that includes Schumann's ever-popular Frauenliebe und -leben and Britten's A Charm of Lullabies. The programme will also include a short group of new songs by outstanding young composers and poets: one chosen from the composers' workshop that opens the Spring Weekend, and two songs written in poet-composer collaboration following a series of workshops with Roderick Williams at last year's Oxford Festival of the Arts.
